Label Reading Workshops
For those diagnosed with coeliac disease choosing foods suitable for a gluten free diet can seem daunting. Food regulations give specifi c guidance on labelling. These regulations are explained in terms that can be easily understood thus giving simple rules and guidance in making informed choices.

Supermarket Tours
Increase the variety of foods in your shopping basket! Supermarket tours are hands on and allow you to put into practice your label reading skills to choose gluten free.
The cost is $15.00 and bookings are essential.
