How to Join
Membership is available to:
- individuals with a diagnosis of coeliac disease
- individuals with a diagnosis of dermatitis herpetiformis
- individuals who have the support of their GP or specialist to follow a gluten free diet.
Your medical practitioner must support your application by signing your membership form or providing separate documentation that confirms one of the above. The standard doctor's letter can be used for this.

Applications can be sent, faxed or brought to the office.
